3. A Mythical Scroll on Xuan Paper

Fees: $159 for one full day
In this workshop, children will create a watercolour painting on traditional Xuan paper, bringing legendary creatures from the ancient Chinese classic Shan Hai Jing (Classic of Mountains and Seas) to life. From sketching mythical beasts and layering soft watercolour washes to drawing inspiration from the rich colours and elegance of Dunhuang murals, students will explore traditional painting techniques and gradually transform a blank sheet of Xuan paper into their own fantastical scroll.
All materials are included in each workshop. 工坊费用包含所有材料。
