1. Enrolment Enrolment in any class, workshop or holiday program is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Studio reserves the right to amend class schedules, teachers, or course arrangements when necessary. 2. Fees and Payments All class fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the class or term. Fees are generally non-refundable once the term has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the Studio’s discretion.
3. Absences and Make-up Classes If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, the Studio should be notified in advance where possible. Make-up classes may be offered subject to availability and must be arranged within the same term. Each students are allowed for two make-up lessons each term. Missed classes without prior notice may not be eligible for a make-up class.
4. Student Conduct The Studio is a shared learning environment. Students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, classmates, and studio property. The Studio reserves the right to suspend or remove any student whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
5. Punctuality and Supervision Students should arrive on time for class. Children must be dropped off and collected promptly by a parent or guardian. The Studio is not responsible for students outside the scheduled class time.
6. Health and Safety Parents must inform the Studio of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect the student’s participation. The Studio will take reasonable care to ensure a safe learning environment but cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from normal classroom activities.
7. Photography and Media From time to time, the Studio may take photographs or videos of classroom activities, students, and artworks for educational records and promotional purposes, including use on the Studio’s website, social media, and marketing materials. By enrolling in the Studio’s programs, parents consent to such use unless they notify the Studio in writing.
8. CCTV and Security For the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors, CCTV cameras may operate in certain areas of the Studio, including classrooms and entrances. CCTV cameras are not installed in private areas such as restrooms. Recorded footage is used primarily for safety and operational purposes and remains the property of the Studio. To protect the privacy of other individuals, CCTV recordings will generally not be shared externally.
9. Intellectual Property All teaching materials, lesson plans, artworks created during classes, and educational content remain the intellectual property of the Studio unless otherwise stated. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
10. Privacy The Studio respects the privacy of students and families. Personal information collected during enrolment will only be used for administrative and communication purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
11. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the Studio’s classes, workshops, or programs, parents and students acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
